2. Service Scope and Value
Leaders Avenue provides premium digital solutions, including AI-optimized public management dashboards, targeted Meta/Google ad campaigns, political web development, and brand design. The exact scope and total value of your campaign will be documented in a customized Service Level Agreement (SLA) prior to commencement.
Because political landscapes present a constantly evolving challenge, we maintain the agility to pivot strategies as needed. However, major scope changes requested by the client after the SLA is signed may require a reassessment of the campaign's overall value and timeline.
3. Platform Experience and Fair Use
When you experience our proprietary AI Dashboard and associated SaaS tools, you are granted a localized, non-transferable license strictly for your campaign operations.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the software architecture.
- You may not use the platform to distribute unauthorized, defamatory, or illegal content.
- Account credentials must remain confidential and should only be shared with authorized campaign personnel.
4. Client Responsibilities & Electoral Compliance
Leaders Avenue acts as your digital implementation partner. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that all messaging, ad creatives, and campaign funds comply strictly with the Election Commission of India (ECI) guidelines, the Model Code of Conduct, and any applicable state or regional laws.
We reserve the right to suspend any campaign instantly if we detect a severe legal or ethical challenge that violates national electoral protocols or platform policies (e.g., Meta's Special Ad Category rules).
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We operate under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). All strategic data, voter analytics, and internal communications generated during our partnership belong exclusively to your campaign. Leaders Avenue will not share, lease, or publicly disclose your proprietary campaign mechanics without explicit written consent.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal challenge or dispute arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India.
7. Amendments
